While IATF Resolution No. 130-A dated July 29, 2021, implemented Enhanced Community Quarantines (ECQ) in the National Capital Region (NCR) from August 06 to 20, 2021, ECQs have also been implemented under varying duration in other regions to help curb the spread of COVID-19.
In compliance with Memorandum Circular 87 issued by Executive Secretary Medialdea, we shall continue providing service to our members in the safest way possible.
Pagibig branches and Housing Hubs will remain open and will be operating in accordance with guidelines set under the different quarantine classifications.

Branches under ECQ and MECQ
Branches in areas under ECQ and MECQ will be open from 9 AM to 3 PM, Mondays to Fridays.
Counters are open to serve members with the following transactions:
-Scheduled Releasing of Checks;
-Acceptance of Payments; and
-Issuance of Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card Plus (for Multi-Purpose Loan and Calamity Loan applicants only)
Drop boxes are also placed outside Pagibig branches premises to safely accept applications for Employer Registration and certain claims of Pag-IBIG Savings (retirement claim for ages 60 to 64, early retirement claim, by beneficiaries due to member’s death, and MP2 Savings pre-termination).
For Membership Registration and certain claims of Pag-IBIG Savings (Regular Savings maturity, MP2 Savings maturity, optional withdrawal on 15th year, and mandatory retirement for ages 65 and up), the Virtual Pag-IBIG is always open to serve you.
To apply for Multi-Purpose Loans or Calamity Loans, you may use the drop boxes or visit the Virtual Pag-IBIG.

Pagibig branches in areas under GCQ and MGCQ will be open from 8 AM to 5 PM, Mondays to Fridays.
Counters are open to serve members with the following transactions:

-Membership Registration
-Employer Registration
-Claim of Pag-IBIG Savings (all types)
